Stuffed Banana Peppers

This is a great tailgate dish. These things disappear before your eyes!

Stuffed Banana Peppers Ingredients:
12 large Banana Peppers
1 LB Hot Sausage
1 pack of cream cheese
1/2 cup Panko or regular breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (you can substitute Romano)
1 tbs garlic powder
Olive oil

Stuffed Banana Pepper Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown the sausage and drain excess grease. Combine sausage, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, cheese, and garlic powder and mix thoroughly.
Cut the peppers long ways on one side to open it for the filling.
Fill each pepper generously with sausage mixture
Place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the peppers and drizzle each with olive oil
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 Minutes
