If you raise your Pizza dough in the refrigerator overnight the flavor will pop! I add a little olive oil to a zip top bag and put it in the fridge for up to 24 hours! Take it out of the fridge, lightly flour it and let it rise again for about 2 hours! This will be the best Pizza dough you ever make!
